Algerian international Ghezzal spent the just concluded season away from the Foxes. The winger was sent on loan to Beskitas in the Turkish top flight and he was instrumental as the club ended their league title drought. Olympiakos target Ghezzal scored eight goals and also provided an impressive 18 assists as Beskitas finish the season with both the league title and the Turkish Cup. The Algerian player helped the club win the double during the recently concluded season.

Beskitas would like to keep Ghezzal at the club for another season but the interest from other European clubs have complicated things for the newly crowned Turkish champions.

French Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco and Olympiakos are keen on signing the Algerian international winger. The newest interest is from Greek Super League outfit Olympiakos and the club is said to be serious about signing Ghezzal. According to the aforementioned report, Olympiakos manager Pedro Martins want to bolster his squad with wingers and three players are on his shortlist.

Ghezzal is one of the three players on the shortlist alongside AlessaneN’dao of Karagumuk and Arsenal player Reiss Nelson.

Leicester City are not ready to accept any offer less than €7m for Ghezzal who has a contract at the club until next summer. The Algerian has one year left on his Leicester City contract and he’s not in the plans of manager Brendan Rodgers despite his successful loan spell at Beskitas who might not be able to afford the asking price from the Foxes for the player.
